A Community Partner

For nearly 45 years, Heartland Nursing Center has been a community-based living facility. While some nursing centers are owned by out-of-state corporations, you can feel good knowing that Heartland is part of the City of Casey.  We care about what happens in town, we know the area doctors and hospitals and we likely know many of our families even before they walk through the door.

You will probably recognize many of the professionals on our staff, too, because our turnover is so low.  In fact, our average employee has worked with our patients for 17½ years.

Full Range of Services Available

Housing 81 beds, Heartland Nursing Center is a skilled nursing care facility with intermediate care for Medicare Part A also available.  Our patients may also receive physical, speech and occupational therapy.

Because we are a 501C3 facility, we have a higher staff-to-patient ratio, giving both families and patients more peace of mind.
