A place like home

Hospice Services at Heartland Nursing Center are designed to make patients and families as comfortable as possible.  It begins with an environment that feels like home.  the patient's room is spacious with a television, sitting area, refrigerator and private bathroom.  This allows privacy for the patient while still permitting interaction with other people at the center if they want.

Coordination with other professionals

Heartland staff will offer counsel on the resources available for hospice patients and their families outside of our facility.  We will then closely coordinate with hospice organizations, family physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the patients get all the resources that are available.

Therapy Services

At Heartland Manor of Casey, we pride ourselves on our comprehensive team approach.  Our focus is on you, the patient, to achieve your goals with services including physical, occupational and speech therapy, community re-entry programs and patient specific goals.  We know Heartland Manor of Casey will meet and exceed your therapy needs.

For those in your constant care

Do you care for someone over 18 with Alzheimer's, development disabilities or another condition that requires constant supervision?  If so, you know how important it is that they are enriched both emotionally and physically.  But the other duties of your life take you away from time to time.  That's why Heartland Nursing Center is proud to be the only facility within 30 miles offering adult day care to Casey and surrounding communities.
