The staff of Heartland Manor Nursing Center and the Board of Directors is proud to be able to introduce our Short Stay Medicare Suites.  If you or a loved one find yourself in need of a short stay in a nursing home to receive continued skilled therapy, then you may qualify for one of our suites.  We know how hard it is to have to go to a nursing home, even for a short while, so we want to offer all the comforts of home.  Plus, you don't have to give up your privacy.  We welcome you to come tour our facility and see what we have to offer you.
